Mission Statement
Finding value, worth, joy, and passion in life is often difficult due to personal hang-ups, breakdowns in communication, cultural, ethnic and religious struggles, identity struggles, and feeling as though ones emotions and feelings are stunted or underdeveloped, even worse never explored or experienced.
Anchored Within Counseling was founded on the belief that all humans need, deserve, and require the biological, cultural, religious and social necessities of safety, security, comfort, dignity and acceptance to live a full, authentic, and joyful life.
Anchored Within Counseling provides opportunities for personal growth and awareness, professional development identity, family connection, and authenticity in living your true, enjoyable, and purposeful existence- connecting the true self with the self.

Fee Structure:
Intake/First Initial Session: $300
Individual Counseling (per session): $150
Family Counseling (per session): $190
Couples/Marriage Counseling (per session): $190
15 Minute Counseling Consultation Phone Call: FREE
Telehealth and In-Person Sessions are Available
